Due to overwhelming response, we now run out of space for the CIKM2017 banquet on November 8. We are therefore sorry that all on-site registrations for the main conference will “not” include banquet tickets. With that, we also reduce the registration fee by SGD100 for on-site main conference registration. Please approach the on-site registration counter for further clarification.

- To qualify for the ACM/SIG member rate, you must provide your current membership number/ID from ACM, ACM SIGIR, or ACM SIGWEB.

Terms of Cancellation
- Cancellations must be submitted via email (cikm2017@gmail.com) to the Conference Secretariat.
- There will be a full refund minus a $150 processing fee for any cancellations made by 15 September 2017 (11:59PM, AoE).
- There will be no refund for any requests received after 15 September 2017 (11:59pm, AoE).
- There will be no refund for authors of accepted papers, as well as no show.
- Any refund will only be processed after the conference.
