Students are not required to submit a valid student ID, class schedule, current transcript, etc. to verify their current student status. The QC process will be done on the organizing committee end.

Author registration
At least one author needs to be registered by the early bird deadline for an accepted paper to be published in the proceedings. This registration needs to be a full registration. Even if the paper will be presented virtually, each paper needs to have one full registration associated with it to help cover the paper publication cost (hybrid platform, streaming, proceedings, etc).
